11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.           John Ball Zoo:  Monarch butterfly display (learn about their journey to Mexico) along with other animal friends

11:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.            Grand Rapids Public Museum:  crafting opportunities, interactive artifacts related to Hispanic culture and heritage

Saturday

10 a.m. – 6 p.m.                Grand Rapids Public Library:  membership card sign ups and open reading invitation (English or Spanish) from the variety of on-site        materials

11 a.m. – 1 p.m.                 Grandville Avenue Arts & Humanities:  arts and crafts

11:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.           Home Depot:  kids’ wood workshop (Ottawa Avenue)

11:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.           Grand Rapids Public Museum:  crafting opportunities, interactive artifacts related to Hispanic culture and heritage

1:00 p.m. – 3 p.m.           Grandville Avenue Arts & Humanities:  student-taught break dancing workshops and demonstrations

Stationed on Ottawa Avenue near the 3v3 futsal tournament on The YMCA will be distributing $2,000 in food vouchers and offering locally grown produce for sale.
