 Job Description Position Details Provide quality, community based (home visiting), prevention services that support parents in healthy parenting skills, accessing community services, setting / meeting goals related to child / family development. An openness to embrace and explore bias, equity issues successes and challenges from a place of understanding and curiosity is needed to succeed and develop in the position/organization.   Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field
  • Prior home visiting / community-based experience
  • Prior experience working with families with infants and / or young children
  • Knowledge of Healthy Families America Model, child development and community resources
  •  3+ years of child / family related experience
  • Valid driver’s license / clean driving record
  •  Bilingual / Spanish Speaking strongly preferred
