Job Description We are looking for an Irrigation Installation and Service Technician team member to join our dynamic team! Candidates must have experience in irrigation installation, service/repair, pump maintenance, winterization, and spring activation, as well as align with our core values: team first, motivated to step up and step up. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Irrigation clock program. Safely operate equipment, including trenchers, pipe pullers, portable gas powered appliances, etc. Install, repair and inspect irrigation systems. Possess the ability to deal with weather conditions and the ability to work consistently throughout the day in a physically demanding environment. Possess good listening skills, the ability to take direction and a positive attitude. Must be available to work days, occasionally weekends, and help out in other departments if needed – depends on workload. Ability to communicate effectively with the foreman. A strong desire to learn and grow within the company. A valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain one. Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the day. Experience is preferred, but not required. Training is provided. personal free time: 16 hours paid – After 90 days Vacation: 40 paid hours- After 1 year Vacation payment: After 90 days: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day.
